IPTV Setup Guide

Before you start
Setup takes a couple of minutes and needs three things: a device to watch on, a stable internet connection (about 15–25 Mbps for HD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K), and the login we email you the moment your order is confirmed. That email contains either an Xtream Codes login (a server URL, username and password) or an M3U playlist link, both of which every popular player accepts. Have it open on your phone and the whole thing is copy-and-paste.
Install on your device

Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro from the Play Store and add your playlist details.

Choosing a player
The player is the app that turns your login into channels. TiviMate is the favourite for Fire TV Stick and Android TV thanks to its polished guide, recordings and favourites. IPTV Smarters Pro is the most compatible across Android, iOS and Fire TV and reads both Xtream Codes and M3U. On a Samsung or LG smart TV, Smart IPTV runs natively without an extra box. Any of them works with IPTV PROS, so pick the one that matches your device.
Set the guide to your time zone
After the channels load, open your player’s settings and set the EPG time zone to your region, Eastern for Toronto and Montréal, Central for Winnipeg, Mountain for Calgary and Edmonton, Pacific for Vancouver, Atlantic for Halifax. That one step makes every start time in the guide match reality, so a 7:00pm game reads 7:00pm.
If a channel buffers
- Use a wired Ethernet connection where you can, it beats Wi-Fi for live sport.
- Restart the router and the streaming device if a channel stutters.
- Close and reopen the player to refresh the playlist and guide.
- For 4K channels, aim for 35 Mbps or more of stable download.
