How does IPTV pricing work in Canada?+
You pick how many devices stream at once (1, 2 or 3) and a term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). The longer the term, the lower the effective monthly price. Every tier includes the full 55,000+ channel line-up, VOD, EPG and support, so you are only choosing simultaneous streams and billing length, not features.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Plans are priced in Canadian dollars. We support familiar Canadian options including Interac e-Transfer, and our team confirms the current accepted methods at checkout. There is no credit check and no bundle.
Is there a contract or auto-renewal lock-in?+
No. Every plan is prepaid for the term you choose with no contract and no obligation to continue. When the term ends you simply renew if you are happy, or you do not.
Can I upgrade from 1 device to 2 or 3 later?+
Yes. If you find another room or family member wants to watch at the same time, you can move up a tier. Contact support and we will sort the change and the difference.
Do longer plans include the same channels as monthly?+
Yes. The channel line-up, VOD library, EPG and 4K quality are identical on every tier and term. Longer plans just cost less per month, they are not a smaller package.
