IPTV PROS respects intellectual-property rights and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Canadian copyright law. We respond promptly to every valid notice.

Important: IPTV PROS is a technology provider. We supply IPTV software service and technical delivery only — we do not host, store, own, produce or control any third-party television channel, broadcast, film or media brand. All trademarks, logos and content belong to their respective owners.

Our commitment

We take copyright seriously and act on valid complaints quickly and in good faith. If you are a rights holder and believe material has been used improperly in connection with our service, we will review and respond to a properly submitted notice without delay.

How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

Email a written notice to [email protected] that includes all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material and its exact location so we can find it.
Your full contact information — name, mailing address, email and phone.
A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information and statements required by the DMCA.

Repeat-infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
