Before you begin
Installation is quick and needs just three things: the device you want to watch on, a stable internet connection (about 15 to 25 Mbps for HD, 35 Mbps or more for 4K), and the login we email the moment your order is confirmed. That email contains an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username, password) and an M3U link, either works, so keep it open on your phone and the rest is copy-and-paste. There is no rental hardware and no technician visit.

Allow unknown apps
Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.

Get IPTV Smarters Pro from the Appstore, or use the Downloader app to install TiviMate.

Open the player, add an Xtream Codes or M3U playlist, and paste the login from your welcome message.
Android TV & boxes
Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro straight from the Google Play Store, open it, add your Xtream Codes or M3U login, and the guide loads in your local time. On an Android phone or tablet the steps are identical.
iPhone & iPad

Samsung & LG smart TVs
Most Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs run a compatible IPTV app from their app store, install it and enter your playlist. If your model does not, a Fire TV Stick or Android box plugged into the HDMI port works perfectly.
MAG box
Enter the portal URL we provide in the MAG settings (System → Servers → Portals), reboot, and your channels load. See the box guide for hardware notes.
Windows & Mac
On a computer, use a desktop IPTV player or VLC: open Media → Open Network Stream and paste your M3U link, or use a dedicated app for the full guide experience.
After setup: set your time zone
Once the channels load, take ten seconds to set the EPG time zone in your player to your region, Eastern for Toronto and Montréal, Central for Winnipeg, Mountain for Calgary and Edmonton, Pacific for Vancouver, Atlantic for Halifax. That makes every start time in the guide match reality. Then build a favourites list of your go-to channels so you are not scrolling the full grid each time. Which app should I install?+
TiviMate for the best experience on Fire TV Stick and Android TV; IPTV Smarters Pro for the widest device compatibility including iOS.
Do I need to install anything on a smart TV?+
Most Samsung and LG TVs run a compatible IPTV app from their store. If not, a $30 Fire TV Stick is the simplest add-on.
What is the difference between Xtream Codes and M3U login?+
They are two ways to connect the same subscription. Xtream Codes uses a server URL, username and password and usually loads the EPG guide automatically, so it is the easier choice. An M3U link is a single URL that also works in almost every player. We send both in your welcome email; use whichever your player prefers.
My login is not working, what should I check?+
Re-type the server URL, username and password carefully, small typos are the usual cause, and confirm your subscription is active. Make sure you are using the Xtream Codes fields for the Xtream login rather than pasting it as an M3U. If it still fails, contact support and we will reset your line.
