IPTV Troubleshooting Guide
Most IPTV problems have simple fixes. Work through these steps in order and you'll clear the large majority of buffering, freezing and login issues.
- 1
Check your connection
Run a quick speed test — aim for 15–25 Mbps for HD, 35 Mbps+ for 4K. Wire the device to the router with Ethernet if you can.
- 2
Restart the chain
Reboot your router, then your streaming device, then the IPTV player. This clears most one-off glitches.
- 3
Refresh the playlist
Use your player's refresh option (TiviMate / IPTV Smarters Pro) to reload the channel list and EPG.
- 4
Try another channel
If only one channel stutters, it is usually the source feed for a moment — switch away and back.

FAQ
Why does my IPTV keep buffering?+
Buffering is almost always the local connection: not enough stable bandwidth, Wi-Fi interference, or peak-hour congestion. Wire your device to the router and confirm 15–25 Mbps for HD.
Why won't my IPTV log in?+
Double-check the server URL, username and password from your welcome email for typos, and make sure your subscription is active. If it still fails, contact support to reset your line.
IPTV works on Wi-Fi but freezes on 4K — why?+
4K needs more sustained bandwidth. Move closer to the router, switch to Ethernet, or let adaptive bitrate drop to HD during peak hours.
